Currently serving as General Manager of Zhongbin Chantou Holding Co., Ltd., he previously worked as a long-term secretary to the leadership of a central state-owned enterprise (SOE) and later held the position of the first Director of Government Affairs at Liepin.com. He possesses extensive work and management experience both within and outside the government system.
Self-introduction & achievements
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Communication University of China in 2009. He once served as a long-term secretary to the leadership of a central state-owned enterprise (SOE) and Secretary of the Communist Youth League (CYL) Committee of a government agency.
In 2014, he took the position of Deputy Director (managed with reference to the deputy division-level rank) at the Beijing Office (under Fuende Grain Fund) of Jilin Grain Group (formerly Jilin Provincial Grain Bureau). During this period, he studied at the Postgraduate Program in Finance of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He also concurrently served as an information liaison officer for Jilin Province at the National Leading Group for Food Safety in Production, and a secretary at the Secretariat of the Agricultural Investment Promotion Committee under the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.
In 2015, he joined Liepin.com (Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board: 06100) as Director of Strategic Cooperation & Government Affairs and Secretary of the CYL Committee, engaging in policy research and corporate strategic planning for a long time. As a key participant, he consecutively took part in undertaking research projects commissioned by the Employment and Income Distribution Department of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). Among these, the research result titled Research Report on Big Data of China's Economic Structure, Employment and Entrepreneurship (2017) was officially published by People's Daily Press and won the Third Prize for Excellent Research Achievements of the NDRC.
In 2018, he was elected as a Director of the Labor Market Branch of the China Association of Labor Economics; in the same year, he was invited to serve as a Director of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Innovation Alliance, and a Director of the 7th and 8th Sessions of the Tianjin Institute of Communications. He was also elected as an enterprise Party representative (with invited non-voting attendance) at the 9th Plenary Session of the 10th CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee.
In 2019, he was elected as a member of the Association of New Social Stratum Personnel of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (included in the candidate selection and assessment database for deputies/members of the Two Sessions of Binhai New Area).
In 2020, he participated in the revision of the national industry standard – Specification for Senior Talent Search Services (2020 Version).
In 2021, he was awarded the title of "Excellent Communist Party Member for the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" by the Administrative Committee of Haidian Park, Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park.
In 2022, he was invited to serve as a consultant for the New Economy Promotion Bureau of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (now reorganized into the Bureau of Commerce), and concurrently invited to be an appointed expert of Jilin Provincial Institute of Product Quality Supervision and Inspection. In the same year, he took office as Vice President of Chongqing Qiuwen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Vice President of Qiuwen (Tianjin) Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
In 2025, he serves as General Manager of Zhongbin (Chongqing) Industrial Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (in preparation) and Team Leader of the Preparation Group for the Chongqing Branch of Beijing Huaxia Public Welfare Foundation.
